Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Synapian Tech Solutions (“Synapian”, “we”, “us”) is a software studio based in Nanded, Maharashtra, India, operated by its founders. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at connect@synapian.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit synapian.com or send us an enquiry through it. It is written with regard to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to give one), the service you are interested in, and the project details you choose to share.

Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This includes Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated program.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

4. How we use your information

• To read and reply to your enquiry.
• To discuss a potential project with you, if you want to work with us.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

5. Your consent

By submitting the contact form you consent to us processing the information you provide for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing connect@synapian.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it, but it may mean we can no longer continue a conversation with you.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and provides security and spam protection.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your enquiry to our inbox.
• Google LLC provides the Gmail inbox where we receive and answer enquiries.

We may also disclose information where required by law or by a lawful request from a government authority.

7. Processing outside India

Our service providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, it is protected by their own security and privacy commitments, and we will follow any restrictions on transfers notified by the Government of India.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, for the length of that engagement and any period required by law. Otherwise, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask us to.

9. How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we take reasonable security measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data;
• ask us to erase your personal data;
• withdraw your consent;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
• have your grievances addressed.

To exercise any of these rights, email connect@synapian.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, email connect@synapian.com with the subject “Grievance”. We will acknowledge your message within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
